I've noticed some changes after the new patch, and i'm not sure if they had been there before.
The Undercity elevator goes much slower now.
The canals in Undercity are shallower, enough so that you can ride a mount in them
Your toon's cape flows behind him/her on a mount, like it's blowing in the wind.
I'm not sure if these are new or if there are any more that I haven't noticed yet. Discuss.

I was able to ride my mount through the canals in Undercity prior to the new patch. I'm not sure about the other two, though.

Two changes I noticed, both on the Sindragosa fight.
Whatever health modifier (or whatever it was) that was used when selecting frost tomb targets during the air phase is now gone. Prior to the patch our plate wearing melee DPS (those with the highest health) would never get frost tombed. Yesterday our melee were regularly getting tombed, which caused a problem since many of them didn't know where to go (since they never had to worry about it before). The Offtank (myself) still never got tombed.
Secondly, the Frost Tombs that you have to damage now have Enemy Name Plates. Prior to the patch there were no name plates for the tombs. This makes it much easier to tell how much health is left on yours and the surrounding tombs.

Well, i really wasn't sure about the canals (I'm not in Undercity much) or the cape , but i really think the elevator is going slower.

I've been tombed as an off-tank prior to the patch. And I've seen melee get the Frost Beacon too. You've had RNG.

Uhm, what do you mean by that?
Going from Searing Gorge to Burning Steppes?
You could do that since Vanilla

As in, ride your mount through the mountain itself, before it dismounted you as soon as you went past the doors.

On 10 man I'll agree with you, especially for phase 2. We've had the offtank get the Frost Beacon right before he had to taunt back and we'd have to wait an extra round to tank swap.
For 25 man? Something definately changed.
A couple weeks ago we had 15 hardmode attempts. Sindragosa cast 200 frost beacons. Druid 19, Shaman 19, Warlock 17, Warlock 13, Holy Paladin 13, Holy Paladin 13, Shaman 12, Rogue 12, Priest 12, Mage 11, Hunter 11, Rogue 11, Warlock 10, Shaman 10, Priest 9, Priest 8.
Players not getting Beaconed: DK, Warrior, DK, DK, Ret Paladin, Ret Paladin, DK Tank, Warrior Tank, Warrior.
Going back to the week before that, we had 29 attempts on Sindragosa. She cast 344 Frost Beacons. Druid 35, Warlock 27, Shaman 26, Shaman 25, Holy Paladin 25, Rogue 24, Priest 24, Priest 22, Holy Paladin 21, Priest 20, Hunter 20, Warlock 19, Mage 19, Shaman 17, Priest 15, Hunter 4 (he was kicked early in the attempts), DK 1 (this had to have been a phase 3 wipe where he was one of the last targets available for a Beacon).
Players not getting Beaconed: DK (tombed once on a wipe), DK, DK, Warrior, Ret Paladin, Ret Paladin, Warrior, DK Tank, Warrior Tank.
Now for last night, after 3.3.5. We downed her on the 9th attempt. She cast 169 Frost Beacons. Shaman 11, DK 11, DK 11, Mage 10, Holy Paladin 10, Priest 10, Ret Paladin 10, Ret Paladin 10, Shaman 9, Mage 8, Warlock 8, Druid 8, Priest 7, Hunter 7, Warrior 6, Hunter 5, Priest 5, Rogue 4, Warlock 4, Druid 4, Holy Paladin 4, Rogue 3, Warrior 3, Warlock 3.
That is 24 different actors. (The Warrior with 3 was replaced by the Warlock with 3 near the end). The only people NOT beaconed at any time was the DK Maintank and myself, the Warrior Offtank.
Sorry, that's not RNG. That's mechanics. Prior to 3.3.5 there was some device in place that prevented our plate wearing melee DPS from getting frost beacons. I'd guess that it is health related. It's not armor or class related, because Holy Paladins were getting beacons. And even as of 3.3.5, the Offtank was not getting beaconed.

We had odd aggro glitches on Saurfang 10H. He'd fairly randomly tear off after one or more of the ranged dps, and on one occasion he turned and ate the rogue immediately after Tricks of the Trade was used. No, we're not idiots. Yes, we've done it before. We were paying attention to threat, and he was charging off when the tank was at the top of the list. Switched it to normal after a few frustrating rounds of 'dodge the undead orc' and he behaved perfectly normally and went down like you'd expect.
On Saurfang 10 man normal this week, my normal group had TWO people pull aggro off the tank this week. Both warlocks. Either tank threat gain got messed with or warlock threat did. This is the first time I've ever seen anyone, even one person, do this with Saurfang in this group.
Or... it could be that tank threat does not scale as fast as DPS threat with the ICC buff, and 25% was the threshold that made your 'locks have trouble.
I was having issues as long ago as the 15% buff, and Soulshatter is even less reliable and worse than Feign Death.
