You need to kill Matrone Folnuna - She has 1380M HP and you can fine portal in north Krokuun.

See My Video if need it - Greater Invasion Point: Matron Folnuna Video

She is using 2 spells for all:

Versengende Präsenz - She will call Felblaze Maniacs if you will stand to close to them you will be disoriented and get damage.
Schlummerodem - She will vomit with fel energy around herself 360 - and is very big range. If you will be hit you fall asleep for 20 sec.

1 spell vs Tanks:

Infizierte Klauen - this is for tanks :) don't stack to many.

Drop:

- Ursargerit x 5;
- Aphrodisiakum der schändlichen Verführerin;
- 50% for item ( i use my bonus roll and this time i got nothing ;/ ).

Good lock with drop :).
