Despite what was originally found on the Season 4 PTR, it seems that
Infiltrator der Nathrezim
s are now giving count on live servers. This is great news for those that want to draw up the perfect route for their dungeons with the new
Verhüllt
affix.
Shrouded Mythic+ Affix Guide
Each dungeon has Infiltrators giving the same amount of count, but varying based on the dungeon. Additionally, the miniboss
Zul'gamux
gives triple the amount of count as a regular Infiltrator.
Update (8/17): The count of Dreadlords in Operation: Mechagon - Workshop have been reduced.

Conclusion
So what does this mean for your dungeon? In some of the dungeons, the Infiltrators are giving more count than a typical mob does, which means if you pull enough of them, you can cut pulls entirely from your route. For example, in Gambit, an Infiltrator gives 6 count, whereas a murloc gives 2 or 3, depending on type. This means with enough Infiltrators pulled in the beach area, you could cut entire packs from there and save a lot of time.

s in Streets are a new mob as well, which create an Infiltrator which will give count. This could eliminate some pulls as well. In other dungeons, it seems less impactful, as new routes will have to be drafted up for the new season; however, routing with Infiltrators giving count in mind will make life a lot easier.
