On their site, you can see more details about the promotion. Every participant Razer item seems to include all three items. The items are displayed on checkout, as seen below:
The codes are mailed to buyers up to 20 business days after receiving the peripheral.
Terms and Conditions
Digital codes will be valid for redemption on the 17th of December 2024. All deals are valid till 30th April 2025.
Availability of products is limited, and offers shall only be valid while stocks last.
Offers are only applicable for purchases made on RazerStore and cannot be combined with any other offers.
Razer reserves the right to cancel any bulk orders.

Participating Items
This is the list of items on the promotion website that have the WoW items included in their page. Remember that the WoW items will show on checkout if the order is eligible for them, so use that to confirm when purchasing. Prices listed below are promotional and subject to change.
Note that while the promotional page also lists the RAZER KRAKEN V4 and RAZER MOUSE DOCK PRO, they don't have the WoW Items listed on their checkout pages.

Restrictions
It isn't explicit in the promotion website, but it seems to be limited to countries where the Razer website accepts deliveries for, as only orders from their website are eligible for the WoW items. While we haven't verified all countries, it seems to include US, Canada, and Europe.
