Queen Azshara's Involvement in Battle for Azeroth

She works with Zul to overthrow King Rastakhan. Zul resurrected the Thunder King in Mists of Pandaria as practice for raising and controlling ancient kings in Battle for Azeroth.

At the end of the Stormsong Valley Alliance storyline, we battle the Pride of Azshara. Lord Stormsong and the Tiragarde have been corrupted by the menacing whispers from the sea. Their goals now are simply to glorify the empire underneath the tides.

House Ashvane is also in league with Azshara. Lady Ashvane is trying to overthrow Katherine Proudmoore and seize Boralus for herself. When her treason is revealed, Ashvane escapes--but returns later on to attack the city in the Siege of Boralus dungeon.
