You can use our Battle Pet Database to browse and search all available pets.

This weekend bonus event will help your pets gain extra experience while doing wild pet and trainer battles. You can level pets quickly to 25 by having a low-level pet get carried during Draenor Tamer battles--it will take one turn and two max-level pets will complete the encounter. Use the Safarihelm and Leckerli for additional experience boosts.

Wowhead users have left great comments on pet tamer pages suggesting the best strategies for each pet challenge.

Options to filter your collection by Quality and Source.

Your total number of pets is displayed at the top, as well as the number of unique pets.

Legend added that explains what all the bars and colors mean.

Complete, In Progress, and Incomplete sorting options have been renamed to Max Level, Low Level, and Not Collected. Low Level pets refer to pets that are not 25, or are level 25 but not rare quality.

The algorithm for determining the size of the green completion bars has been recalculated to better reflect the power of your collected pets.

PvP pet battles are a bit of a niche, even for pet collectors, so Serrinne made a guide with some PvP pet suggestions: PvP Pet Battles for Fun and Profit.

There are also lots of achievements you can complete by doing PvP pet battles, such as: Keine Zeit für Pflaster, Rachsüchtiger Haustierraufbold, Brutaler Haustierraufbold (which awards Verkümmertes Terrorhorn), and Tödlicher Haustierraufbold, which awards the title.

Götze des Anubisath is considered the best pet due to the 4% heal per hit as Humanoid and Abwehr.

Chrominius and Pandarischer Wassergeist are frequently used together for a howl bomb combo dealing ridiculous damage to the enemy team at once.

Kun-Lai-Junges is great for fighting critters (many wild pets), due to its Humanoid passive and Beast moves like Toben which deal increased damage to critters.

Übelrübe is good for catching pets as Schwächender Schlag ensures you will not kill the pet you are trying to catch.

Aufziehgnom is powerful due to the Geschützturm bauen ability.

Verseuchter Welpling is great for fighting Dragonkin pets--as Undead, it takes less damage from Dragonkin, and has abilities that deal extra damage such as Grässlicher Atem.

Teufelsflamme is strong due to the Feuersbrunst and Verbrannte Erde ability combination. As an Elemental pet, it is not affected by the weather from Verbrannte Erde.

Himmelsdrache has strong buffs and support; used to be more popular when it had the Atem ability for more Magic ability synergy.
