Sethrallis

Increased recast of Heilende Woge cast by Aufgeladener Staubteufel to 16 seconds (was 10 seconds).
Reduced duration of Sandgepeitschter Schütze's Neurotoxin to 4 seconds (was 8 seconds).
Treuloser Eierhüter's Großer Heiltrank is now single target.
Reduced melee damage of Treuloser Rekrut by 70%.
Increased respawn of Treuloser Rekrut to 50 seconds (was 60 seconds).

Items

Players are now able to purchase Elixier der Sprachen from Fizzi Leberschock in Dalaran. Using and applying the potion will allow players to be able to understand the opposite faction.
Hauptmannssiegel der Befehlsgewalt is now item level 395 (was 380) to match its Horde counterpart.
Späherkarte der 7. Legion and Späherkarte der Eidgebundenen should again show up on the Honorbound and 7th Legion vendors and display the Pfadfinder von Battle for Azeroth, Teil eins requirement to buy it if you do not have that achievement yet.
