Obtainable Artifact Appearances in Battle for Azeroth

The +15 Mythic Skin has been updated to continue into Battle for Azeroth. Click here for more information.
WarcraftDevs has clarified on Twitter what artifact appearances are obtainable in Battle for Azeroth. As expected, all of them are except for the Mage Tower and Mythic +15:
A new piece of information revealed was that the color variants for the Mage Tower can be acquired after Legion. So you can run your rated battlegrounds, get the heroic Kil'jaeden kill, and clear all Legion dungeons at your own pace:
Edit, there's another update! If you get Mythic 15 completed during Legion, but do not have Balance of Power, you can complete Balance of Power after Legion to unlock the Mythic tint!
The Mage Tower is up every few days on the Broken Shore and you can see when it's up by checking Wowhead's front page.
