Patch 8.1.5 is releasing on March 12, and a bunch of new content is coming along with it. But did you know you can start preparing for the new patch right now? This post is dedicated to help you prepare for Patch 8.1.5, setting you up with requirements that can be earned or worked on in-game right now!
This new post does not cover all 8.1.5 content, as not all content coming in the patch can be worked on right now.

Complete the Requirements for the New Allied Races - Kul Tiran Human and Zandalari Troll
The main attraction for Patch 8.1.5 is the release of the two newest Allied Races,
Kul Tiran Humans
and
Zandalari Trolls
! All requirements to unlock either Allied Race are achievable right now, so if you still haven't done all requirements, you can work on them right now to unlock the Allied Races first thing in Patch 8.1.5!
You can use our
Attunement Tracker
to track your progress toward either Allied Races. Just add in your character and your progress will be shown to you!

Complete Both Horde and Alliance War Campaigns for new Mounts
The War Campaign for both Horde and Alliance continues in Patch 8.1.5! With the Battle for Dazar'alor over, both factions lick their wounds and prepare for their next plans.
New in Patch 8.1.5 is a special achievement,

Level up Professions to Unlock Epic Questlines
Coming in Patch 8.1.5 are new questlines for all crafting professions, earning you a powerful profession-related item at the end of the questline. To start the questline for your item, you must be
Level 120
and have
150 Skill Points
on the Kul Tiran/Zandalari variations of the profession. Below, we have links for all items:
Alchemy
:

- Concentrate on the sphere to transmute it into another object for 1 hour. Highlights and allows the player to interact with various cauldrons on Kul Tiras and Zandalar.
Blacksmithing

- Allows the user to repair a piece of their equipment instantly (1 Hour Cooldown). When crafting blacksmithing armor or weapons, there's a chance it will be given the "Indestructible" property.

Hunters: Acquire Titanstrike in Preparation for the Hati Questline
Hati, the Spirit Beast that became your companion during Legion thanks to
Titanenblitz
, was one of the many beings that had to sacrifice themselves to stop Sargeras' corruption from spreading through Azeroth at the end of Legion. In Patch 8.1.5, Hati returns as a tamable Spirit Beast with a new questline! To have access to this questline, you must be
Level 120
and obtain the Beast Mastery Artifact weapon,
Titanenblitz
. If you have both requirements met, the

will show up in Boralus/Dazar'alor to start the questline.
At the end of the emotional questline, you're able to tame Hati in any of the 5 varieties available during Legion (including a new one, exclusive to the BFA questline), and purchase toys to interact with your tamed Spirit Beast, including one that turns him into a mount! New Portal Rooms: Prepare for the new Set of available portals
New Portal Rooms in Stormwind and Orgrimmar are being added in Patch 8.1.5, but with them, many popular portal places, like Legion Dalaran and Shrine of the Seven Stars/Shrine of the Two Moons are losing their portals in favor of unifying portals to a single hub. Portals gone include portals to Caverns of Time, Dalaran Crater, and Wyrmrest Temple in Dragonblight.

Save up Timewarped Badges for Warlords of Draenor Timewalking Items
With 8.1.5, we have a new set of Timewalking Dungeons with the Warlords of Draenor Timewalking event. The event won't immediately be available in Patch 8.1.5 - The PTR calendar has the first edition of the WoD Timewalking event scheduled to happen on
May 28th
. The following Timewalking events are scheduled to happen before the WoD Timewalking:
Wrath of the Lich King: March 12th-19th
Cataclysm Timewalking: April 9th-16th
Mists of Pandaria Timewalking: April 30th-May 7th
You can use all these events to start accumulating
