Complexity Limit Reaches 25% On Mythic N'Zoth Activating A Second Secret Phase

Complexity Limit has now reached their best attempt of 25% on Mythic N'Zoth, forcing another Dimensional Gateway to become active and activating a second secret Phase! Unfortunately, no one was able to make it to the other side, so we don't know what the new phase contains just yet.
Update 1: Mythic N'Zoth Forgets to Shield
On one of Complexity Limit's latest pulls, Mythic N'Zoth forgot to shield at 25.5% and thus the second gateway to the Heart Forge never activated! They got N'Zoth down to 24.4% and wiped.
Update 2: Mythic N'Zoth Forgets to Shield... Again
Now, Limit's best attempt is 20% because N'Zoth Didn't shield at 25.5% again. Is this a change in the fight or a horrible bug?

At 25.5%, Mythic N'Zoth puts up his
Psychischer Panzer
, taking massively reduced damage. At this point, the RP for another Secret Phase starts which takes some time to activate. During this time, you have to finish some remaining Thought Harvesters and after some time, MOTHER activates the Dimensional Gateway once again. Clicking the Dimensional Gateway will take you to the Heart Forge for a second Secret Phase... and that's as far as we know right now.
Complexity Limit tried using "/tar Void" but it didn't respond with anything, so it hadn't spawned yet or it's a different type of Phase but with only 10 seconds until Berserk, there can't be much more unless the Heart Forge doesn't Berserk. Could hitting that gateway just be the end of the encounter? Maybe there's something to click on in the Heart Forge to activate the cannon now? We'll have to find out as guilds continue their progression on Mythic N'Zoth!
