Chains of Domination Content Unlock Schedule - What Unlocks Each Week in Patch 9.1

Week 1: June 29th

New Korthia content includes daily/weekly quests, rare spawns, and the two factions Death's Advance and Archivist's Codex.

Players that reach Honored with Death's Advance can learn the recipe for Rudiment der Ursprünge, needed to upgrade legendaries to Ranks 5 and 6. In addition, some legendaries will be available on additional slots.

All class changes are implemented, including class tuning and new PvP Talents.

The Mythic+ Rating system, an in-game score, will be visible at 9.1's launch ahead of the new M+ season.

Torghast Updates are live, including the removal of the Death Counter, a revamp to Torments, the Box of Many Things progression system, and a replacement scoring system.

Layer 9 of Torghast will be available, awarding Seelenglut for Rank 5 and 6 legendaries.

Players can progress to Renown 42, unlocking a new Soulbind row.

The Darkmoon Faire is back in town, so players can take advantage of the reputation buff with the new factions.

The Castle Nathria and Season 1 Mythic+ achievements will still be available to obtain this week.

Week 2: July 6th

Shadowlands Flying is available to players who complete the campaign chapter unlocked at Renown 44.

Players can progress to Renown 45, additionally unlocking a covenant flying mount, and more Soulbind rows.

The Sanctum of Domination Raid opens on Normal and Heroic difficulty, with Sylvanas Windrunner as the final boss. This raid comes with much-hyped encrypted cinematics that should reveal more about Sylvanas' motivations.

WIth the opening of the raid, players can start progressing in the Shards of Domination system, by collecting raid pieces with Domination Sockets, socketing them with shards, and upgrading them for powerful effects.

Layer 10 of Torghast unlocks, awarding more Seelenglut for Rank 5 and 6 legendaries.

Season 2 of Shadowlands starts for Mythic+ and PvP, featuring the new affix Tormented.

The item levels of rewards from dungeons and Mythic+ rewards are increased by 26 item levels.

The new Mega-Dungeon Tazavesh, the Veiled Market opens.

The Castle Nathria and Season 1 Mythic+ achievements are no longer obtainable.

Week 3: July 13th

Sanctum of Domination Mythic opens, and the Race to World First is on!

Sanctum of Dominationn Wing 1 LFR opens, with bosses The Tarragrue, The Eye of the Jailer, and The Nine.

Great Vault loot is now upgraded to Season 2 item levels.

Layer 11 of Torghast unlocks, awarding more Seelenglut for Rank 5 and 6 legendaries.

Players at Renown 48 can acquire a new covenant-specific legendary.

Players can progress to Renown 48, unlocking Chapter 4 of the Covenant Campaign, more Soulbind Traits, increased Anima from Elite World Quests, and an ilvl increase from World Quest rewards.

The Warlords Timewalking event is active, awarding a Normal piece of Sanctum of Domination loot.

Week 4: July 20th

Layer 12 of Torghast unlocks, awarding more Seelenglut for Rank 5 and 6 legendaries. Players can also start to complete Makelloser Meister (Ebene 12) which awards Zügel des schlundgebundenen Streitrosses.

Players can progress to Renown 51, unlocking Chapter 5 of the Covenant Campaign, a Stamina increase, and more Soulbind traits.

Week 5: July 27th

The World Quest bonus event is active, which provides additional reputation with Shadowlands factions.

Players can progress to Renown 54, unlocking Chapter 6 of the Covenant Campaign, and the final capstone trait for some Soulbinds.

Wing 2 of Sanctum of Domination LFR opens, with bosses Soulrender Dormazain, Remnant of Ner’zhul, and Painsmith Raznal.

Week 6: August 3rd

Players can progress to Renown 57, unlocking Chapter 7 of the Covenant Campaign, the final capstone trait for most Soulbinds, and a Pepe Covenant disguise.

The Outland Timewalking event is active, awarding a Normal piece of Sanctum of Domination loot.

Week 7: August 10th

Players can progress to Renown 60, unlocking Chapter 8 of the Covenant Campaign, a stamina increase, and World Quest ilvl increase.

One tint of a new Covenant Armor Set is available for free at Renown 60. Another tint is available at Renown 60 for 6000 Stygia and Exalted with Death's Advance.

The Comp Stomp brawl finally returns, which is a great way to earn Ehrenabzeichen.

Wing 3 of Sanctum of Domination LFR opens, with bosses Guardian of the First Ones, Fatescribe Roh-Kalo, and Kel’Thuzad.

Week 8: August 17th

Players can progress to Renown 63, unlocking the ninth and final chapter of the Covenant Campaign. This chapter has not been tested on the PTR, so the finale remains a surprise!

Enhanced conduits unlock for some Soulbinds.

Week 9: August 26th

Players can progress to Renown 65, unlocking the second row of enhanced conduits.

Wing 4 of Sanctum of Domination LFR opens, with Sylvanas Windrunner as the final boss.
