It's a pretty damn good overall cloak. With that high +spelldmg, it's very viable for any lvl 70. And it's not that expensive to make, considering that you can grind in all mats yourself in 2 hours.

nice cloak if u are lookin for dmg and not stam

Good for fights like prince , where dps is important, and stam is not so much (imo anyway)

Arguably the best PvE Pre-Raiding cloak for a shadow priest or an affliction warlock. Next upgrade would be Shadow-Cloak of Dalaran (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=28570) off of Moroes in Karazhan (-2 damage, +5 Int, +16 Stam)

Is on par with this with +4 int but -5 +dmg, however the slowfall ability makes it awesome!

Had the pattern drop in seth. Best back i see for shadow priests till epics. if you see one in the ah, buy it.
