~~It looks like the Peafowl will be a dragonriding mount, according to https://x.com/LeystTv/status/1725316319627575580?s=20~~

The animations can be viewed in the Wowhead 3D model viewer.

Edit: No dragonriding, yet. Looks like Solhunt is correct and the animations will be enabled later.

Sadly, and disappointingly, this peacock does not flair its plumage when you use /mountspecial. A very missed opportunity.

Fun Fact: While majestic looking, peacocks are considered to have one of the most annoying calls of any bird. This is entirely subjective, of course.

Currently Bugged as of Typing this it has an Error pop up if you are trying to buy it.

it is baffling to me that they are releasing NEW mounts that cannot dragonride/dynamic fly yet. I know "most" flying mounts will be able to dynamic fly in the next expansion but why are we releasing new mounts that don't have that option yet? its so stupid. I was really excited to dynamic fly on this because I thought surely new mounts will have it by default.

Despite the placeholder 999 Tenders price, it actually costed 750, because it was not the reward for March 2024.

This mount is actually so pretty.

I’m wondering if anybody else is having the same problem as me with this mount. I swear I got this from the trading post, but it is not showing up in my mount journal. I thought well maybe I don’t have it so I looked under not collected and it’s not even there either. I did open a ticket in game and I pretty much got an automated response saying to do things that I already tried to do.

has this mount ever been on the TP a 2nd time? ive seen a bunch of mounts make a return already but never saw this one again. unless i missed it its been a year and a half

The model itself looks a bit out of place in World of Warcraft, I'll be honest. However, I do enjoy its armor, because it looks very Blood Elven, an aesthetic which I'm very fond of.

I love the sound it makes. Please return ;c
