Patron Work Orders in Midnight

Quality Requirements: Unlike Public Work Orders, Patron orders will each have a required Quality for the final craft. This is selected at random each time the Work Orders refresh, and Crafters will need to meet this requirement in order to complete the Work Order.

Commission Rewards: While the Commission column is familiar to Crafters, the small treasure chest icon is an exclusive addition to Patron Work Orders. This icon reveals additional rewards that can be earned upon completion of each order when hovered over.

Remaining Time: Crafters can expect a new batch of Patron orders roughly every three days, on the same refreshing cycle as World Quests. This remaining time column, however, shows varying lengths of time until each Patron order expires; some will be "due" faster than others.

I'm not seeing the point of the optional reagents... they increase skill by a small to moderate amount, but increase difficulty by a whopping 100 points? That seems counterproductive.

Anyone know if there is some requirement for patron work orders to show up? Im 65 skill and have spent alot of KP but get no work orders.

Kommentar von Niraav

Not the biggest fan of these patron orders so far. For crafters it seems to be the main way of obtaining KP, but as an alchemist, I need to craft atleast rank 2. With current prices for mats, you pay a heft sum for a measly <100 gold reward and 2 kp. Some of them not even giving any points at all. I personally prefer the weekly quests we had to craft x items

Kommentar von Soraweczka

I have maxed out JC - speced into rings/necks.
All of my patron orders are max lvl gems, that I can't even make, not mentioning providing materials worth of several thousand gold.
I wish it would adjust to crafts we can actually make (with inspiration dumped in).

This may be obvious to some people, but in case it isn't, like it wasn't for me, you cannot access Patron work orders from the general Artisans' Consortium crafting order vendors. They can only be accessed from your profession's specific work table. I spent a good long while trying to search for some hidden requirement that I was missing when I couldn't see any orders pop up.

Kommentar von Guodttocs

How long does it take to get materials from patreon? I started order but haven't gotten the mats been a day.

Kommentar von CLOOONEE

Reagents in your warband bank are not useable for completing Patron orders.

i got 400 characters. imagine swapping reagents on each character for completing these orders.

Fix this for my healthy, please!

Kommentar von gubby323

My biggest complaint with the patron orders is this; if i craft a leather works item then the reward in the consortium back pack should have reagents used in leathercrafting. Last 3 items i crafted me were rewarded with a pack full of mining, herbalism, and blacksmithing reagents, none of which i can use. IMHO if you craft a leatherworking piece you should get a leatherworking reagent as a reward!

Kommentar von Candlelight

Is there a catchup mechanism on knowledge points or artisan's acuity for those of us who cannot log on each day?

Kommentar von Brommus

3 Beledar's Bulwarks with no sanctified alloys provided.... AMAZING! Oh we provided the Ringing Deeps Ingot though thanks crafter!

Kommentar von Sleekpanther

Leatherworking Patron Orders - anyone know why I get a different number and list of patron orders on 2 alts with same leatherworking profession, both Alliance, same level 80 within seconds of logging in under each alt? For instance, see 13 orders, no 'all' on one alt, 8 orders and one 'all' on the other. Switch logins again and same orders showing - so it isn't that someone else has fulfilled them. Are patron orders unique alt based? Agree that the some materials missing are usually the highest price on AH. Algorithm for materials to supply needs to be changed to AH pricing.

Kommentar von AdenAndrews

If I MULTICRAFT on a PATRON ORDER, why am I not keeping the extras that I made? I'm working 2 professions to feed my family, and spending money on materials instead of paying my bills. You know how much rent costs in Stormwind?

Kommentar von larryoaks

I have completed several Patron work orders and I don't see any of the rewards. Where do I go or how do I find out if I am doing this correctly?

Kommentar von Canondah

Guide author wasn't 100% sure on the renewal time of crafting orders but from what I've experienced so far it varies heavily. Some are available the entire week between resets and some only for one day. So my suggestion would be to check your profession characters for new orders daily.

One thing I would like to see is an option to decline or hide orders. That way you can hide/get rid of the ones which are so expensive in mats that you don't want to complete them anyway and don't need to go through all of them everytime.
