Best Discipline Priest Covenants for Mythic+: Kyrian

Covenant Ability: Segen der Aufgestiegenen - Deals high damage that converts into Abbitte healing with a massive explosion at the end cleaving all nearby enemies.

These stacks then explode at the end of their duration for Aufgestiegene Eruption.

This burst converts into Abbitte only off the first enemy hit, so for the most healing from the Eruption you would be best off only hitting one enemy. Mutiger Aufstieg buffs your Blast and Eruption damage which can often be a strong pickup in dungeons in particular. This ability is excellent in a dungeon environment as it is extremely flexible whether you need to deal more damage on large trash pulls or if you need assistance fighting the seasonal affix Prideful enemies. In raids, it is not as easy to incorporate into your ramps as the Venthyr Covenant's signature ability.

Signature Ability: Phiole des Gleichmuts - Reliable heal and bleed/debuff removal.

Can someone clear up something for me? This guide says Kyrian is now better because of the changes to spirit shell, and mindgames not syncing well anymore, and boon of the ascended creating bigger spirit shells, but also says to run evangelism in nearly every raid encounter. Am I missing something or is that contradictory/confusing?
