For me, I'm going around killing people on my 63 rogue in world pvp(Hellfire) on a pve server, and of course as always alliance scrubs QQ to their mothers and bring in highlevels, in this case a druid(OOMkin) did it, a 72 and 70 DK, I wait for the right moment while they're capping the overlook, and kill him right under the noses of the guardians, I'm still shaking from the rush, They didn't even get to hurt me before the oomkin fell to the floor, I woulda made it out if I didn't waste sprint on weaving through the guardians and their DnD.
So share your moments!

Arena matches vs an equal team. Or back when you did the 1st kill on a new boss that youve been trying to kill for a long time, when you hit those last 5% i just get so hyped.

being one of the 40 lvl one gnomes who felt the wrath of the hogger.
And now this will be ruined because Gnomes can "Heal". See what you did Blizzard?

I still remember the day me and my guild first killed Illidan, that was the most spectacular fight I had ever done, and I remember sweating and just being so anxious to kill him, which we did, one day before the patch came that nerfed all boss encounters by 30% (2.3 or so).

Mine was dinging level 80.
I was sitting there 1 bar from 80, on vent, my guildies already had a full group, and were waiting for me, so they could run me through some heroics. So there sitting there on vent, yelling at me to hurry up, but i couldnt because there were like 5 alliance players everywhere i went killing monsters, so they are threatening to kick my teeth in while im pulling mobs, but that last mob, when i knew i was going to ding 80, was the most adrenaline ive ever had. I was sweating, and shaking, and just astonished, and uber happy. P.S. this was 2:00 in the morning, I made myself stay up to ding 80. So i ran heroics all night, and got some epics. I was proud that i got from 79-80 in a meer 2 hours, give or take. Full rested xp :)

For all the bashing Arena seems to get in terms of balance and so forth, it's still an adrenaline rush.
This. I love PvE alot more than I love PvP, but its in the arenas that my heart gets pumping...

Sneaking through Orgrimmar on my 80 ally rogue during off-peak time, trying to get to RFC for the achievement.
I kid you not, I had never been so scared before in all my WoW experience.

Spotting the time-lost proto drake flying above me in SP. What a rush! Targetting, catching up, aggroing and leading it to somewhere I could land safely. Killing, looting...where's my mount?
Suddenly noticing another TLPD had just flown past...another over there...and another. Wtf?
My graphics had frelled up, so all the blue proto drakes flying around the engine of the makers were a brownish colour. In my excitement I never noticed the mob portrait...
/deflated :(
