First of all, does this occur in any other cpu/gpu intensive programs/games? If so, you may want to check the voltages of your system and ensure they're inline with the requirements of the system.
Run memory tests to ensure your memory isn't on it's way out. Upto date drivers? Check those too, including Video/System & Windows Updates. Once all those are checked should have a clear understanding of what the problem may be.

Okay, then it may just be a bad installation, Repair Tool may find something wrong, if not, check what software is running in the background, something may or may not be conflicting. Also you could check the error logs to see if Windows is throwing something into the mix.
nvm about the repair, someone already suggested it :P

dont think its a bad installation..its the same one i used for the past 2 years (been running to from an external disk)
as i already said, i just got my pc so not many background softwares... i always have internet explorer and xfire running and sometimes mtorrent and steam
You mean the WoW error log?.. its not a WoW error, it just closes...JUST like am pressing alt + f4 but instant..and there is a 1-2sec music "freeze"
Hrmm, very interesting, as to the error logs, I was referring to the Windows logs. These can usually be found under Administrative Tools in the Control Panel if using Windows that is via Event Viewer. Should see on the left hand side "Windows Logs" expand that and then click on "Application". See if there are any !Errors listed pertaining to World of Warcraft.

I would reinstall audio/video drivers or even Directx at this point. The fact your getting an audio glitch when it shuts down could imply a driver issue.
