Hi guys i've healing as a shammy resto till level 50. And i have some questions about the talents points.
i'd like to know if this spec is ok. this is my pve build

Hey compack, what's interesting about your spec, and our class in general, is that there really is no set spec and it is dependent on what arise in the given situation.
If you are running 5 mans, that spec would be fine, you don't really need any talents that will provide fight longevity like Mana Tide Totem when you have short boss fights, and even Nature's Swiftness has less value in the 5 mans. I would recommend you try out the different talents you feel work for your group or composition and the ones that best support you as a player and your style of playing.
I would make some recommendations, however, if you are raiding the current tier of content. The way we heal as restoration shamans is greatly dependent of how our raid plays, their strategies and positions on boss fights, and the overall mobility we can bring to our healing. If you are doing current content of raiding, I would highly recommend you pick up Nature's Swiftness and Mana Tide Totem.
The reason for
is the move gives us something that we lack more than other healing classes, utility. Our lack of cooldowns can make us feel lackluster at times compared to paladins or priests, but Nature's Swiftness can help make up for some of those issues. This talent works great on fights like Baleroc, if you are assigned to the tank who eats the decimation blades, this talent can help boost the tank up above 90% rather quickly and possibly prevent a raid wipe.
As healers, we don't like to see our tanks or raid members dip low in health, our job is to triage and help prevent that from happening, but sometimes it is beyond our control. A string of unmitigated attacks, perhaps a tank running to move positions with his back turned can turn our pleasant healing into a sudden nightmare, and we can see one of our raid members go from 100% to 10% in a matter of seconds. That is where this talent can really shine, as it can help balance some of the bad RNG (think of this as bad luck) we receive with a quick "Oh S#&*" Button.
Mana Tide Totem helps us with longevity in our fights, as it provides a raid cooldown that gives us back a decent amount of mana, and works well with trinkets such as
Glas mit uralter Arznei and
Dunkelmond-Karte: Tsunami. This basically doubles our spirit dynamically and gives it to the rest of the raid within 40 yards of the totem for the duration of the totem. It's a pretty simple concept for the raid, the more mana your healers have, the more you will be able to heal. This talent not only helps you, but helps your raid and is even more valuable when beginning your trek through current content or even hard modes.
As you move into harder content, the talent
can actually prove very useful. When you are more comfortable with content and can recognize the influx of damage, this can give us some great utility in making our job or raid healing easier and a sense of relief knowing we are just a bit more resilient in the face of danger. On a fight like Alysrazor, when the raid is stacked in the fourth phase and you are constantly healing the raid/tanks, this talent is almost a permanent 10% reduction from the heavy aoe damage while you are constantly using chain heal and Healing Rain. Also, on a fight like Ragnaros, when you are stacked for the seeds, this also provides some relief to the healing not just for you, but the other healers on your team.
While there is much debate about the overall usefulness of this talent when compared to the other options,
can be rather useful in current content especially if you are a smaller guild running 10mans. With the vast amount of area we deal with in raids and constant running and moving with the majority of the fights, this allows us to make our totems that much more useful without trying to find that perfect spot to place them and even then it's not so perfect. A great fight for this talent would be Ryolith, when you have the raid all over the place. This will increase the effectiveness of your totems simply for the fact you are going to reach more people then you would without the talent. If placed correctly, you could have a very high up-time hitting both ranged and melee raid members.
The best thing for you to do is find the talents that work for you and your group/raid composition and go with it. You may end up changing your spec around a bit to find what works for you, but that's one of the great challenges of a resto shaman. We have so many great talents and just not enough points to take them all, if we did, we'd never see people collaborating on shaman specs. Hopefully this can give you a nice foundation for your shaman healing and as you continue to improve, you can find your own spec that is customized just to your playstyle.
