Kinda hard to aoe grind at your level, its possible, but I would just quest and level up to 30 first.

Hmm, I could tell you the spots I used to aoe grinding all the way to level 58, but I first started doing it at level 36, so it might not be that useful for you. Please note I always went to instances occasionally, as I really couldn't focus on aoe'ing in the start after an hour or so.
36-40 I started off in the southwestern part of the Shimmering Flats in Thousand Needles, with all the insect mobs. I started with doing 3-5 mobs at first, and kept JoL and SoL up all the time.
40-43 I went to one of the Wastewalker(Or something like that) groups in Tanaris. I could take about 4-8 mobs at the same time, as long as the shadowcasters got kept away from me. JoL and SoL, with occasionally using JoW and SoW when there weren't a lot of mobs left.
43-46 I then went on to the pirate groups by the eastern coast, in The Hidden Cove. The shipbuilders were my favourites, and I could take about 6-10 at the time. Please note that I had quite good gear for my level, including Dazzling Longsword(+30 int) and Wall of the Dead(+18 stam)
46-49 The ogres in southern Tanaris, watch out for casters and keep your back against a wall when too many mobs on you, they knock you up in the air and a little backwards. 4-8
49-56 The plagued farms in Western Plaguelands, the best place for paladin aoe grinding in my opinion. I could get up to 10-15, and still have full health after the pulls. Keep SoL and JoL up, and if you're on a PvP realm watch out for mages and warlocks, feral druids and other melee classes can't hurt you though.
56-57 Hearthglen in Western Plaguelands, the workers/miners. I could get quite a lot of them, as many as I was able to gather before more than three of them reached me. However, I wouldn't advice this spot, due to the level 61 elite patrol who can be quite a bitch.
57-58 Northern Winterspring, the frostsabers. Could aggro quite a lot of them, watch out for your health though.
There are also a couple of aoe spots in Hellfire Peninsula, such as the birds and the Expedition Armory ghosts(watch out for knights), but I'd advice just doing quests while occasionally aoe'ing quest mobs... I was able to solo most of the elite quests there.
Also, if you didn't know this, consecration rank 1 helps you keep the mobs on you if you're doing big pulls where you need to run around for a while.
