SWP is the highest damaging dot you have, don't put it on right at the end of the rotation. Shadow Word: Death isn't worth the global cool down, even if it didn't hurt you. VT has the shortest duration, putting it on last allows you to get more replenishments from the initial cast
Personally I do the following on boss's. SWP > VE > Dev plague > VT > Mind Blast > Mind Flay
The rotation gets all my dots up at the start while not doing much damage for the first part of the fight meaning im very very unlikely to pull aggro right at the start but I can wind up to full DPS quick
Renew dots just as they are about to run out, mind blast >mind flay.
Dont let SWP fall off ever as it buffs mind blast and mind flays damage (even more so with SW:P glyph)

One of the odd ways to increase your DPS might just be your professions.
Enchant Ring - Greater Spellpower
and Tailor-only recipes like
Sanctified Spellthread
and
Lightweave Embroidery
could be a bit of an increase. A really small one.
I don't know what other trinket you're using, but it looks like you're not hitcapped with the insignia, it's 289 for a Shadow Priest with all the talents and Misery up. If I'm fresh to raiding, I'm not afraid to use a flask or eat buff food to get that extra edge.
Raid composition is a big part to increasing your DPS, having a Shaman/Warlock in is just so valuable.

First, get hit capped.
Mark fo the War Pirsoner
from H VH will solve that problem. Part of the reason for the DPS drop could be few misses in H OS and lots/normal misses in the other instances. Also, like the others said, buffs/debuffs from other classes make a lot of difference.
Second, you spec is fine although I would drop the two points in Shadow Affinity and put them somewhere else. Threat should not be an issue, and if it is, you have Fade and Dispersion (yes, I know that Dispersion does no aggro drop, but the tank has 3 sec to get the mob back while you only take 10% damage).
Third, your rotation. AusSpyder is correct that SW:P is a high damage spell, especially with the right glyphs. However, his rotation is wack and yours is better, but not correct. You want 5 stacks of Shadow Weaving on the mob before you drop SW:P (and then use Mind Flay so SW:P never drops off). Spells right now give 1 stack of Shadow Weaving, except for Mind Flay, which gives two stacks. So, anything along these lines:
VT-> MB-> DP -> MF-> SW:P is fine. Throw in SW:D in there if you want and you are running, etc. Do whatever you want, really. Just get 5 stacks of Shadow Weaving up before you drop SW:P. And if you have an on use trinket to increase spell power (like if you get the Mark of the War Prisoner) use it before SW:P.
