That looks right. You've got ToT twice. You can use a player name as a macro target as long as they're in your group. You've got a semicolon for the stopmacro spec condition. The tooltip should be smart enough to display the right one -- I have several macros that combine a cast and a castsequence separated by a condition. I prefer your stopmacro solution to including
spec:2
in both conditionals for the sequence.
Also, this is in no way a "l2p" situation. This is making your life easier not attempting to play the game for you.
Cheers to you for doing your research; bravo.

Yeah, if the reset didn't come after the conditionals, you'd have to accept one reset condition for a possible multitude of sequences separated by conditions. I didn't notice that in your OP. You separate sequences with semicolon, but items in a sequence with a comma. Did you put a comma or a semicolon between ToT and V in the game? Also, I hate to be pedantic, but it's /castsequence not /castseq -- just in case you weren't just abbreviating.
To your other question about player names ... a player name is a valid UnitId if that player is in your group -- party or raid.

I'll have to try this while I'm at my game. What's been posted here looks syntactically correct and I'm assuming that since nobody else has posted in here, they're agreeing with what I'm saying.
