Blizzard Ticket Response

I recently submitted a ticket in game, it was really more of a bug report, I won't bore you guys with the details. The interesting part was in Blizzard's response. They explained their ticket que was extremely long they simply provided me with a link to Wowhead's home page and suggested I might find my answer there. I hope Wowhead is getting paid by Blizzard to do their customer service.

This has been something they've done for years, and no, we do not receive any sort of financial compensation from Blizzard... for this or anything else.

To be fair, they do get a lot of tickets that are just questions about the game. They probably have semi-automatic filters to recognize these, and that regularly leads to false positives.
