Well ladies in gentlemen, I bought cataclysm, collector's edition mind you, and I sadly regret it, and regret being unable to return it, because if this is the service you're offering me, I'm extremely dissatisfied. This clearly shows me how your entire company is rude, disrespectful, and unwilling to aid or help anyone but themselves. This game master showed me for you all, for he represents you and you allow this to happen.Nobody who posts here works for Blizzard. These forums are completely independant of any offical affiliation with World of Warcraft.

I see "Nobody here works for Blizzard" has been covered already so I'll add "Waving your service (or your family's, wtf?) for the military around like a martyr's flag the instant you don't get what you want makes you look like a tool and discredits your argument."
Also, it's 5,000g. At this stage of the game it's not that much money. In the time it took you to crank out that wall of QQ you could've already bought epic flying on your alt.

once you get it a GM simply cannot do anything about it, period. And get off your high horse about joining the military. You do it on your own free will, the rest of us do not have to bow at your presence or anything.

PS. You actually thought with 4.0, blizzard was going to make you repurchase a 5k skill and you didn't come here to complain about that? You just bought it anyway? Now, that you realize your mistake, you decide it's time to complain. I think you're a bit late on the complaints.
I know I'd never have repurchased epic flying. I'd have b-tched all day and night on that one.

achievement is currently not in game, which is why you didn't earn it and why he couldn't remove it.
Perhaps it was just out of his powers as a GM to refund the 310% flying skill, and thus why he couldn't refund your gold? GMs are not all-powerful, they have to obey rules and regulations as well.
At any rate, Blizzard does not look at these forums so I don't know why you chose to QQ here. Moreover, every GM will send you a link to a customer service survey before they close their conversation with you, so if you really wanted to let Blizzard know how dissatisfied you are then you should go fill out the survey.
Since you didn't post any direct quotes, we cannot see how "rude" this guy was truly being to you. For all we know, he could have been following protocol and not said anything distinctly rude to you, alas it is your perception of his "tone" that he used... which is almost impossible to infer through text—unless he was using ALL CAPS on you.
And for the record, you're not going to make any friends or get better customer service just because you're in the army.

I think you probably carry that attitude with you all the time, so the Gm was probably doomed the second you created the ticket no matter what he did. Maybe /WoWquit would be more beneficial to everyone. There's nothing worse than someone trying to use thier own service record to garner respect.
I hopefully smell a troll though.

Put in another ticket (I don't think I've ever gotten the same GM twice), and explain it again.
If that fails, post on the Customer Support forums found
here.
Dont think that will help much, almost 100% positive that if the problem is based with a achievement, like this one (even though it doesnt show up ingame yet its still locked to his account and will pop up when it is released) the GMs simply cant do anything about it.

It does not actually, it only shows you got a not so friendly gm and that your basing the entire gm staff on this one guy or girl.

You do realize that the GMs are the exact same type of people you get when you call a customer support line, right?
They have rules and protocols they need to follow. Assuming something CAN be done about this issue, it would need to be escalated because he was likely right in that he couldn't do anything to solve it.
Also, I could say that the Flagstaff, AZ, PD pulled me over, treated me like dirt, and wrote me a bogus ticket because I'm Hispanic. Except I'm Caucasian, have never been to Arizona, and haven't interacted with a police officer in over five years. I hate to be the cynic, but I work in customer service. One of the primary rules of a valid complaint is proof or it didn't happen.

First off, this isn't Blizzard, and neither is every other WoW fansite you've posted this whine post on.
Second, learn to use your brain more. Don't take everything somebody tells you at face value. Research, learn the reason why something happens and what the consequences are.

Let me stop really quickly to tell you something about myself, and how I shouldn't be treated like some deviate criminal or someone unworthy of equal respect and equal service. My brother is a United States Army veteran that just got home, and I am scheduled to leave July 11th of 2011 to serve my country too in the United States Army. I am going to be a veteran, one that serves his country willingly, openly, and without regrets. So is this how you would treat people that are going to serve their country? Is this how I deserve to be treated, like I'm not good enough for proper service while I am willing and able and going off to serve my country, AND at the same time supporting your company? I'm not some shareholder, or an investor, but a customer like all others, and I have no reason to be disrespected. I have played your games since Warcraft orcs and humans, and have bought Starcraft 2 collector's and Cataclysm collector's....And this is the service I get?
YOU are NOT a veteran. I AM. No one gives a !@#$ what you are "going to do"...you have NO RIGHT to claim ANY benefit or respect owed to veterans. GTFO with your fail QQ thread!
