Transmutable into powerful equipment upon defeating powerful foes in Midnight raids or completing Mythic+ dungeons, Bountiful Delves and Prey Hunts on Nightmare difficulty.
Items may be received once per difficulty level until all potential items for your current specialization have been transmuted.
