Overview Warfront Transmogs (their max itemlevel versions):
The parts of these sets can be obtained once per cycle as quest reward for the warfront (like 战争前线：激流堡之战).
It seems that you only have to collect one type of either horde or alliance armor to get the matching appearance for the other faction too.

This particular set does NOT show up under the Set Appearances tab. You will get this set by completing the weekly quest 战争前线：黑海岸之战 or 战争前线：黑海岸之战. Do not get this confused with the set you see listed under "Warfront". The set that shows up under "Warfront" can only be completed by getting pieces of gear off of the rare mobs out in Darkshore, doing World Quests in Darkshore, and Emissaries.

Any word yet on how to farm this in Shadowlands?

On the horde side, this set is currently unobtainable for many people through the Battle for Darkshore quest. The final boss, Maiev, is bugged, and resets shortly after being pulled. This apparently has been an issue since august, with no response to speak of.

This does not affect the rares in Darkshore, although despite searching heavily, I haven't found any evidence that the elaborate pieces actually drop from the rares.
