All of the pieces listed above can be obtained in Trial of Valor on heroic difficulty. Notice that there are no shoulders or headpiece available.

You can obtain the whole set including the shoulders and headpiece via 套装：天定亡者丧礼板甲 though, which drops from Helya in Trial of Valor on heroic difficulty.

Also my personal note regarding this transmog: I have found this set to have very similar color theme as Plate of the Lost Catacomb (Normal Lookalike) and Battleplate of Cyclopean Dread (Normal and Heroic Lookalike). Also another set that contains pieces with similar color theme is Battleplate of the Last Mogu (Normal Lookalike). With some imagination you can try to use various pieces from these set to get your desired look.

An interesting choice for a weapon to go with this set may be 辛卡，皇权践行者, but keep in mind that this is purely personal opinion.

This set is currently bugged on Vulpera. The 3D parts on the armor do not show up.
