Anyone have ideas for matching pants? I have never been a fan of the kilts or dresses.

Tier 16 is a 5-piece set obtained with tokens from 决战奥格瑞玛.
There are three different colors: 528 gear from LFR, 540 from Flex shares colors with 553 from Normal, and 566 from Heroics. This is the normal/flex color.
These tokens are turned into tier from vendors at your faction's shrine:
Alliance: 克拉丽丝·查普曼 (Normal), 德里特·岩心 (Flex)
Horde: 奇阿戈努 (Normal), 纳迪娜·星晶 (Flex)

In addition, 加尔鲁什·地狱咆哮 drops a special tier token that can be redeemed for any slot, like 受诅征服者精华.
The four world bosses for 天神挑战者 drop ilvl 553 gloves and legs, and 斡耳朵斯 drops matching ilvl 559 non-tier.

Also, if you're not a fan of the shoulders, you can go for 无情角斗士的科多皮护肩. They look very nice together with this set.
