I wear this on my mage into Throne of Thunder LFRs.. it looks badass. Suddenly, the whole raid takes you seriously!

Head - Hood of the Crimson Wake drops from Dark Animus
Shoulders - depends on which ones you want. Fissure-Split Shoulderwraps from Jin'rokh the Breaker, Lost Shoulders of Fluidity can drop from all bosses.
Chest - again, multiple choice here. Zandalari Robes of the Final Rite drop from the Council of Elders. Robes of Mutagenic Blood drop from Primordius.
Wrist - more multiple choice. Frostborn Wristwraps drop from Megaera. Bracers of Fragile Bone drop from Primordius.
Hands - Lifedrainer's Sordid Grip drop from Durumu the Forgotten.
Waist - Cord of Cacophonous Cawing drops from Ji-Kun.
Legs - yet more multiple choice. Al'set's Tormented Leggings drop from . Leggings of Pulsing Blood drop from Jin'rokh the Breaker.
Feet - these are a bit special, as you may not get them in Throne of Thunder. Silentflame Sandals drop from Treasures of the Thunder King, a bag you get after defeating each boss in Throne of Thunder. They can also drop in Stormtouched Cache dropped by Nalak, a world boss on Isle of Thunder or Shiny Pile of Refuse dropped by Oondasta, a world boss on Isle of Giants.

As this set's pieces drop across Throne of Thunder, I'd recommend completing each wing every week until you have the full set. Happy hunting!
