Fourteen years ago, back when I was still a teen, my best friend at the time gave me the silliest birthday gift I've received to date: He had farmed this entire set for me, plus a 干草叉. I enchanted the pitchfork with Unholy and used to hang out in Stormwind wearing the whole set. We'd set up a campfire and sit by it in the streets in the Trade District and talk about silly things and make up campfire stories to tell. This often attracted strangers and I ended up making several friends this way, including the entirety of who I'd end up making officers for the guild I briefly ran in late Wrath. At one point, I installed a new UI mod and it had a function for auto-vendoring greys. I sold this entire set on accident and submitted a ticket to restore it. The GM who was assigned it told me it was one of the oddest requests they'd ever received and seemed delighted by it.

I've long since parted ways with all of the people I knew from these experiences. I still have the Twill and the pitchfork in my druid's bank, though. The druid hasn't been played since Cataclysm, but I had to log him on just to fetch this set so I could transmog it on a new priest I've made just for it.

Just really wanted to share. It seems pretty silly that I'm so sentimental over a fairly ugly old grey armor set being able to be transmogged, but I am!
