When talking to the constructs to get their weekly quests do the quest rewards show these items or do they come the Salvaged supplies?

These pieces have been showing up pretty regularly for me; every week or two I've been getting another. (Unlike Unity's - I have yet to see one of his!)

I've been noting on each piece what quest offered me the additional reward (and at what level my stitchyard was when offered-no idea if that matters tho). Click the individual piece's link above for my notes. ~~I am currently 8/9 so hasn't been too bad (missing shoulders only now)~~ - got last slot this week (6/15/21) - yay!. It seems from my experience that each abom offers 1 slot and its entirely possible that ANY of that abom's quests has a chance to offer them, not just the quest I got it from - but just a guess at this point. I also don't know how this translates for other armor types. Also, I have never been offered a reward for an item I already have.

Since the quest shows the extra reward item, once I hit exalted with the Stitchyard, I just do those with the extra reward (just be aware that this method limits your chances for collecting the 750! 心能触痕武器碎片 from 回收的补给品 (not the only source tho), needed for 军械：缝合大师的武器, which is ridiculously overpriced.
