Recently leveling a DH, I don't get it. This demon, does every player see it or only me? Will it affect dungeons when it randomly spawns near mobs? How does it work? I know I can 1-shot it, but I don't want to it to be a problem for the rest.

This seems to be currently bugged for vengeance DH, because it requires two glaives to kill the demon. It is never lethal damage as mentioned in the tooltip.

The detonation on this thing is currently enormous. Probably bugged. There are some packed areas (Warden towers in Legion for example) I cannot level in using this because the moment I kill it I've got 10+ mobs on me.

The infernal shows up in the combat log and is considered friendly fire damage to and from it between the demon hunter. I had no idea what this was when I just saw the dh hitting it for 450k in the logs; also this must be invisible to other players as I didn't see it any during the instance run.
