Tested this 15th of July on BfA Beta and there is 0 difference in auto attack damage done by the wolves if you use this talent.

However, as this talent says you get "causes your Feral Spirits to be imbued with Fire, Frost, or Lightning, enhancing your abilities." - and this buffs your personal damage by quite a lot. These are 3 different spells that affect you depending on the wolf:

Fire wolf: Causes 熔岩武器
Frost wolf: Causes - Which adds decent damage. If I have 1 Frost wolf then Ice Edge in my simulations does 140% of the damage of both Feral Spirits auto attack.
Lightning wolf: Causes 爆裂涌动

Fire wolf: Causes Molten Weapon - "Increase all fire damage dealt by 20%. and Lava Lash now causes the target to burn for an additional 35% of the direct damage done over 4 sec."

Frost Wolf: Causes Icy Edge - "All melee attackes now also strike the target with an Icy Edge. Causing bonus Frost damage and snaring them by 30% for 3 sec."

Lightning Wolf: Causes Crackling Surge - "The damage of Stormstrike and Windfury is increased by 35%"

熔岩武器 and 爆裂涌动 both stack multiplicatively. If you get just one fire spirit, your fire damage is increased by 20%, but with two fire spirits, your fire damage is increased by 44%. Similarly, your Stormstrike and Windfury damage will be increased by 35% for one lightning spirit, or by 82% for two lightning spirits.

If you get two ice spirits, procs twice on every melee hit. So in effect, it stacks additively, rather than multiplicatively.

To answer the burning question that I'm sure is on everyone's mind; yes the bonus fire damage from 熔岩武器 DOES affect 火箭弹幕, goblins rejoice!
