Here's how this will play out:

By this Friday: 5 seconds

Justification: We feel that Disc priests run the risk of becoming competitive in Raids, and Evangelism does not align with our vision of keeping this spec contained to the 2% of raid composition we want. As such, it's being removed. Other skills may need to be nerfed as well if Disc appears to be pushing too far over the 2% mark, we'll have to wait and see.
