Can only be trained inside Uldaman. After the "Map Room" just keep taking left turns.

On my Draenei Priest (level 34), I got a port to Shattrath to try and get this training done. Unfortunately, apparently as a Draenei you start out "in the red" with the Scryers and get banished regardless if you've done the quest to choose your side or not. Aldors are friendly to me, yet I don't have either listed in my Reputations tab yet...

A bug or just a touch of lore, either way no Expert Enchanting for me without an Uldaman run. :(

CORRECTION: Apparently I start out 500 into Friendly with Aldor as a Draenei, hence the opposition from the Scryers.

On June 4th, 2007, as a L47 Undead Priest (Enchanting skill level 225), I got someone to port me to Shattrath. Ran to the Enchanter trainer and tried to purchase "Artisan Enchanting".

This was successful. No funny tricks.

There is little need to go to Uldaman expressly for this purpose ever again.

Even as a character not meant for Outlands, I could still use the bank and mailbox. Plus, if you hearth in Shattrath, the free-use portals to all the other major cities give a nice boost to lowering some travel time for future quests. Pretty useful for anybody, IMHO.

So, as a level 67 who recently switched to enchanting and is aligned with Aldor, how do I get Artisan training? Uldaman the only way?

Does anybody know if there is a new artisan trainer for the horde players too?

All this is a big dam lie!! After 2,3 patch u can (as aldor (only work whi ally´s) (so far i know),) train at http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=1317 in SW// Vanilface 70 dwarf warrior 200enchanting skill

All enchanting trainers train artisan now, from what I've been able to tell. All trainers for all professions train artisan.

No one else has said this yet, but you have to lvl 35 and 200 enchanting to train

As of 3.0.8 you are required to be a level 35 and have 200 enchanting to train this

I cannot train this skill anywhere. Each trainer I've visited has nothing to teach me.
