Idk if it was just me, but when I rode the green dragon I only saw 1 bat flying around. Once I got on my own dragon, I saw a bunch and could run through them for the quest.

Perfect example of yet another lazy development.

You have to kill 25 things, the CD is 5s?
Once I finished the quest I got dismounted mid air with a parachute, it was not enough time for me to land and died from falling.

I just did the quest on my dragonriding mount, and when finished it wanted me to speak to the green dragon and showed no quest completion. Once I dismounted and remounted I got the quest credit (that I already had) and was able to continue.

Instead of mounting the dragon vehicle, just get on your own mount and fly through the mobs. Much quicker than going on the vehicle and spamming 1 which has a 5 second cd.

I love how responsive these quests have been, unlike the time rift where they tried the same thing but it was terrible.
Like it actually feels fun to fly through these mobs.

Am I the only one who was surprised that Merithra didn't just eat the Galok Wingslicer, like just use that enormous dragon mouth to snap him in half? An opportunity lost I fear.....

For the objective, for anyone who is having issues:

Either use your own dragon riding mount or speak to the green dragon to ride the AI. You then use the ability which has a 5 second cooldown. You can press the tab button on your keyboard to quickly target a nearby enemy. Your goal is to hit 25 of the flying mobs.

Riding the green dragon is an accessibility/ease-of-use option, which is very good. But lets be real, they added the accessibility option because of how painful the quest was. I feel like they spent more time adding the accessibility option than they did on the actual quest. Accessibility = good but I suspect whoever made the quest will not be making them again

I was dc:ed and wish I could find the green dragon to mount :-(
A bit later: You need to fly on a dragon, not a regular flying mount, to be able to count towards the quest.
