I stumbled onto this quest chain while doing the achievement 纵览碧蓝, and it doesn't seem to contribute to any quest metas.

I really enjoyed this quest chain! The writing is cute and fun and it's nice to experience a different perspective on the conflict in a lighthearted way.

I used a bandage and it didn't work (though it did heal him up).

I see a box there, it looks like you're supposed to open that. But can't.

Edit: I think the problem was I was in a raid group (doing rep for Cobalt Assembly). Once I came up here by myself the box opened for me fine.

is the first quest in a short stand-alone questline.
Location: The tallest tower in the Cobalt Assembly (45.6, 25.7). A similar, smaller tower nearby contains an 远古界门.

A group of dragonkin children lead by 智者赫勒兹 (level 1), ask you to help heal an injured dracthyr who they think is one of the bad guys. Check out the slyly funny/wise dialogue in chat.

I returned to the Cobalt assembly an hour later to check out the 远古界门. Empty except for some bookshelves. Had they all left? Another day. I noticed a second, taller tower in the Cobalt Assembly. Everyone was still there. The dragonkin--智者赫勒兹, 奈基, 提基兹 and 文威里, surrounded 文德斯凡 sitting on a rug near a bright fire.
