I found the Empty Jug at 40, 17. It is NW of the Jangolode Mine, under a windmill, next to a log. It is blueish- green. I have submitted a screenshot.

For Horde who happen to be in the area doing this quest line, there are 3 other quests in the area that can also be done by Horde, but which are indicated as Alliance only on Wowhead:

They are:

and can be found from Captain Grayson at the Westfall Lighthouse (30.1, 85.9).

These quests double up quite nicely with Captain Sander's questline.

Edit: The quests are now indicated as doable by both Horde and Alliance.

I really have to thank Sarcheliot for his help on this one, more people just need to give map locations that are not coordinates. For some reason have not been able to get the add ons to work so i appreciate it very much!
