There are two versions of this quest, with different completion texts. The first one has Garrosh spitting in disgust at your evident fear. This one, in which he is kinder to you, happens if you have completed the Greatmother questline in Nagrand.

Having completed the Greatmother quest line, Garrosh's response to you is:

'Do not think that I have forgotten what you did for my people in Nagrand, <name>. Hellscream never forgets.

For that I am indebted to you and it is why i give you this chance now: run. Leave this place and never look back.

Return to your home and say a prayer for the dying.'

Nice of Garrosh to remember what we did. Makes you feel like going through a long chain of quests on the part of certain heroes of the Horde/Alliance is a statement of your character, whereas mostly the game treats you as a phlegmatic everyman.

Now if only we could get more instances where a big hero remembers our deeds. Maybe a quest where Thrall goes to goblins, "Hey there, little brother/sister! Thanks again for saving me from those human creeps sealing me in a can for transport to Stormwind! Had fun since The Lost Isles?" At the very least, some acknowledgement of concrete deeds would be great.

Looks like this version is no longer possible. At least not for a Demon Hunter. Took my DH and redid all the Burning Crusade Quests and I didn't get this version.
