This quest isn't buggy at all. I got it from Alamma @ lvl 20, exactly what the "Quick Facts" says. And I'm a Bloodelf Warlock.

In Silvermoon there is the orb of translocation inside the main spire. right click the orb and you will be teleported to Undercity. then its easy to find the guy on your map. Hope this helps all of you lil' Warlocks. Happy demon-ing

I have some sort of glitch- I accept this quest, then go to the tanslocation orb, and when I'm at the Undercity, the quest dissapears, and I have to go back to the lock trainer. Then, I tried to set my home as the Undercity, and hearth there, but that also didnt work. Anybody else have problem?
