The tooltip seems incomplete. This is what the ability does:
1) It does moderate initial damage upon use.
2) It puts an effect on the enemy that increases damage from each hit (same strength as Wild Magic pet ability)
3) It doubles as a DoT, and the DoT IS augmented by the increased damage part of the debuff.

Since every pet that has this ability also has Acidic Goo in a different slot (DoT and increases damage by 25%) the combo of both the target means they modify each others damage - causing MASSIVE unavoidable damage each round (kills most pets in 2 rounds).

Possibly has synergy with 狂野魔法, 伤口外露, and 裂伤, but needs testing to see if the increased damage taken from each debuff stacks.
Also, during 召唤闪电, this buff increases the damage of each lightning strike against the target as well, which will cause them to take MASSIVE damage.
