Underground, multiple entrances below the void root thing, I used (53,44), click the 4 nodes inside, treasure appears in front of ethereal gate when all 4 clicked.

To get this treasure I had to click the 4 nodes in a certain order, only one would be active/clickable at any given moment.

Click the four nodes - the altar looking stands, in any order.

Something not yet noted, the chest is invisible until you click the 4 brazier things. Look for one that has a cog when you mouse over it, click, repeat until all 4 have been clicked, and then the chest will appear.

It was not immediately clear to me, but the pillars are not all in front of the portal-thing. Three of them are in alcoves inside the cave.

For some reason I could not click on them when shapeshifted (druid). I had to go back to elf form in order for my clicking to work.
