Deepdiamond Shard was a bit hard to find.

Look in the Obsidian Hollow sub-region of Ringing Deeps. It's a little ways above the double L on the Taelloch portion of the map. As a miner, at least, it's visible as an "ore node" on the minimap. Otherwise, it's right next to the base of the large crane that has a bunch of ore hanging from it. If you follow the road straight into Obsidian Hollow it's not too far in, on the left and upward from the road.

To find the chest itself, go to the inn with 旅店老板布拉克斯 next to 代言人库尔达斯 (who handles the 'Awakening The Machine' mini-instance - entrance to the inn at /way 47.64, 32.16.

Then go to the right of the Innkeeper and follow the path down and to the left. The chest is hard to miss in the last room.

Unable to do this : when I go every coordinate, there are no gems to loot.
Checked my bags : nothing.
Checked my bank : nothing.
Those gems are nowhere available in the world when I get there.

So glad I checked wowhead after banging my head on the wall, thinking I needed jewelcrafter gem reagents for this, but nope. You just pick up the gems around the zone. :)

I've checked several locations, and some of the shards are not there for me - Any fix for this? (Yes, I've checked my bag if i have it already)

I had trouble finding the gems, even with coordinates. I kept looking for something small, but the items are actually big. Here are descriptions:

Amethyst 57, 22 is NOT in the cave. It is a tall (taller than you) purple shard among the other visible gems.
Emerald 59, 38. Again it is outside -- big boulder.
Diamond 68,53. Smaller than others, at the bottom of large waterfall-like stone.
Ruby 57, 49. Big again, in between mine cars (under arm of car to the right).
Topas 62, 63. In the middle of the yellow area of gems.

I found these with the coordinates provided by others. Many thanks to them!

Collected all 5 gems and opened the chest. I received 2 ruby, 2 emerald, 1 sapphire and a cursed pickaxe, no brass knuckles. Am I missing something? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Strange, I was unable to loot the Diamond and the Amethysts shards that they say is needed to open the chest along with the other 3 shards (which I was able to get). The 2 I couldn't get simply were never there. So I went to the chest with only the 3 I ha and lo and behold it opened. Before anyone says it, I did double and triple check in my inventory and no,. I did not have those 2 shards anywhere already. No idea as to why the chest opened for me with only 3 of the 5 shards supposedly needed. But if you get into a situation like mine, go ahead and give the chest a try, it might just open like it did for me.

After the addition of Undermine in the latest patch, the coords have shifted a little.

/way 64.04, 53.23 Diamond

I accidentally found Amethyst on my own and I didn't note the coords. But if you compare the old coords to the new ones, it should be about the same distance left of the old coord as the others.

As of the arrival of Undermine (11.1) the Ringing Depths co-ords have shifted 4 points West. You're looking for a vein of crystals of the same colour. From North to South:

Look for the ruby in the seams around the area listed by everyone's coordinates. I don't know if things have changed, but found mine in the seam at 55.76 53.00. It just looked like a crystal in the middle of a long seam of red crystals.

Everyone keeps saying how the entrance is at 47.7 32.16 is full of bull. The entrance is at the the Brax inn which is 42.67, 31.55. Its all the way down the inn until you reach the lowest level and its to the LEFT of the bottom level of the inn. I kept using all the damn coords saying 42.67, 31.55 and kept flying all around with nothing showing anywhere to enter. The INN is where the damn thing is. And yes, you have to have all of the gems looted to open it first. The cords showing them in other comments with the "updated" cords is correct.
