The Timeworn Songflower is an object that provides the buff 欢歌花夜曲, and can be found in various locations within the Timeworn Strand (South of Challiane's Terrace). This buff lasts for 60 minutes while persisting through death.

This area hosts a random World Quest event to slay Players and Naga, while active, makes the area Open PvP (Free-For-All regardless of Faction).
NOTE: This object is only active DURING the timeline that the PvP World Quest is available. The buff will not be obtainable outside of said window.

Should you see 鱼人自由行动 available, it's a good idea to head over and grab the buff before taking on the rest of your World Quests, as it comes in handy.

IMPORTANT:

You CAN use this buff while inside the Brawler's guild (alliance one works so i believe also horde one does) and it helps a lot in reaching the 600k dps needed for the last bosses, also, persists through death and teleport, but is cancelled as soon as you enter an instance (the emeral dreamway for druids DOESN'T count as an instance in this matter).
