Found 50 gold and 3 greens inside, no garrison resources. Still not too bad if you ask me.

In Anguish Fortress area, keep heading west and up as far as you can. There is a slightly hidden path behind one of the huts (that contains the 影月宝藏) and goes up the hill at 28,38.5. Follow that up and jump on top of the stone pillars. Ride across them, all the way to the last one, and the treasure is there.

Contains gold and 3 greens, but no 要塞物资.

The same hidden path also leads to the rare mob, 斯尼维尔, so it probably makes the most sense to kill him first, then get the Lockbox on the way back down.
