Silkfeather Hawk Eggs can apparently only be found in the trees west of the Mistfall Village / Whitepetal Lake river.

Also, you'll almost certainly aggro the hawks that are up there as well.

Be sure to cook your food ASAP: the duration on the item is 2 hours, ~~so if you'll log out and forget them, they'll be gone!~~

EDIT: I was wrong on the log-out thing. I just logged in and found my eggs to still be there. Logging apparently stalls the deterioration.

It's somewhat of a pain in the a.ss to get these eggs because you'll have to adjust the camera a lot to actually spot the eggs and then again while trying to figure out where to land at without falling down again. Be warned: When you approach the nest an angry bird awaits you. (F*ckin' birds !)

In the case of your glorious victory you'll be awarded with one (1) or two (2) eggs that you may loot per nest (You monster !) while you need five eggs per 食谱：松软丝羽炒蛋.

So you should ask yourself: "Is that really worth it ?"... before proceeding nevertheless because you'll really need that buff on the next wipe or your next (fatal,) personal fail.

Bottom line: Not-worth-the-time-and-effort. Sell the reagents.

This only has a use when you don't have access to your farm, have no buff food with +300 str listed in your auction house and you totally lack either cooking skill or materials or both while progress raiding and your raid also completely fails to supply either 黑胡椒肋排配虾 or 熊猫人八宝汤面餐车.

...which is very common, actually.

On a side note: Birds don't drop eggs. How birds get the eggs ? Monkeys, I say.

As of 6.2.2, at level 100, gathering these formerly hideously difficult to get items (新鲜的丝羽鹰蛋) has become ludicrously easy. However, what SoooWhoCares says about the constant need to alter the camera angle and the misery of locating a place to dismount without falling remains completely true.
