In the game object files there exist 4 different versions of the Argent Crusade Tribute Chest which spawns after a raid group defeats Anub'arak in the Trial of the Grand Crusader (25 Player) based on the number of attempts left:

ID 195665 (this one), tied to Tribute to Insanity (all 50 attempts left);
ID 195666, tied to A Tribute to Mad Skill (45-49 attempts left);
ID 195667, tied to A Tribute to Skill (25-44 attempts left);
ID 195668, tied to completing the Trial of the Grand Crusader without accomplishing any of the above achievements (1-24 attempts left).

The rewards found inside this version of the chest are as follows:
