I had just killed 斯塔文·密斯特曼托 when this NPC appeared in the cabin and one-shot my level 22 hunter. Not sure where it came from or why it targetted me.

I suspect they are akin to the Nazgûl, which rode dark horses and chased Frodo and his friends.

I was around Stalvans house a couple of quests later than LoKHor when 2 of these came riding to the frontdoor (of Stalvans house - not mine). They were defeated by a 110 level goblin but a few minutes later they showed up again with there "None will be spared!" line, chased and chrushed the low-levels that were present. I ran and didnt notice where they went. Managed to pick up a screenshot. They had ~8000 HP.
Hmm... I just noticed that they seem to turn up after highlevel Horde folks kills Stalvan - thats probably the explanation.

They are part of the Warlock/Death Knight artifact weapon quest line and will be summoned when they interact with an NPC in that area. Level is based off the warlock's level.
