The expansion just came out today, and I'm trying to finish the quest "Trega's Tailoring Kit" in Wor'gol, and Trega's turn in shows on the mini-map, but the NPC is nowhere to be found :( We need pictures and coordinates!

Ok, this took me forever to find. I wanted to build the level 1 garrison tailoring building once I built my garrison.

I read some guides that said these plans 裁缝店，1级 would drop off normal questing or killing mobs in Draenor, much like the cooking and first aid plans dropped for me. This wasn't dropping so I kept questing. Eventually this item dropped

doing some research I found it only appears to drop from certain mobs *sigh*

Ok, so have my quest item and head out to turn it in.
Look all over for Trega and can't find her to turn it in. *sigh*
Turn out you need to start a quest series 拯救狼村 in the area to "unlock" her, which means to get her to show up.
Step 3 which is Pools of Vision is the quest you need to finish and then Trega will show up.

Ok now she shows up and I can turn in the quest.
Ohh wait now I need to do another quest chain from Trega

So in summary
1. Loot "certain" mobs for the quest item
2. Do a short specific quest series to "unlock" Trega
3. Turn in the quest item
4. Do follow up quest series from Trega herself
5. Finally get the garrison blueprint.
