npc is in Tanaan Jungle, in the zone called "Kargathar Proving Grounds". Found it during the quest "A Potential Ally". Dropped a grey nothing else.

On chance, it not only drops 磨损的护甲碎片 and 纠缠的藤蔓, but also more useful 钢铁部落军粮.

At the moment, I'm camping it and try to see if there is more.

As of the Midnight expansion release, this is tameable HOWEVER, once you tame it, it doesn't seem to respawn until after you hand the quest in. Once you hand the quest in, it should respawn so you can go get a pair!
