They hang around the area of the rare spawn Kah'tir I farm as a level 86 hunter.

Clear the path behind him of the 1 that pats then pull him up. The 2 Obliterators beside him doesn't aggro.

The Obliterators gain a magic damage proc buff which hurts the tenacity pet but tranq shot clears it and he's hardly a concern.

82k exp and ~22 silver are what to expect for their drops.

At level 88 they were giving me 110,880 xp each which is half of a quest in Townlong, and since they're pretty easy to kill they are great for farming xp while waiting for 卡提尔 to spawn.
